Watch a video filmed on board the three-person submersible The Alvin deep under the Pacific Ocean. The footage was shot automatically by a camera positioned on the outside of the submarine during the sea dive in which sonic anthropologist Stefan Helmreich recorded the underwater sounds documented in his article.
