Audio Bee Booths

Sound artist Sarah Peebles highlights pollination ecology in the Greater Toronto area with her site-specific installation Audio Bee Booths. Peebles has collaborated with Chris Bennett, Rob Cruikshank and John Kuisma to design an immersive environment where it is possible to view and hear the activity of the bees in their nests, via viewing windows and headphones. The booths are located three venues: The Tree Museum as part of the Items May Shift exhibition, Greenway's Nature Centre and Calgary Zoo.
