Most available items will be dispatched within seven days of placing your order. We will let you know immediately if there are problems obtaining your goods. You won't be billed for unobtainable goods.
Sending the order
When paying online, you'll receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. If there is a problem with your order (with availability or card difficulty etc.) we will let you know as soon as possible and try to find a solution.
Changing your order
We can only cancel your order if we receive your request before the order has been dispatched. If you do decide to cancel your order, please inform us immediately as orders are processed with haste. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. Cancellation requests must be sent by email, fax or post to our address below, quoting your full name and address and Order Number.
Refunds or exchanges
Please report all faulty items and we will send you return instructions. This is subject to you notifying us within five working days of receiving the goods and giving a description of the damage / defect. In case of any queries or problems please contact us as soon as possible. It may be that your order has already been despatched so we are unable to stop it. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order unless we are waiting for a product that is out of stock.
For UK orders postage and packing is included in the listed price, for other orders the postage is calculated in your basket. Once you have added a product to your basket select your delivery country and click 'Update Totals' to have the final shipping cost calculated.
Orders are normally dispatched within seven days of receipt. Within the UK we use Second Class mail. For countries outside the UK we use Priority Air Mail for all items.
During the checkout process on PayPal you are given the option to enter an alternative delivery address or recipient - for gift orders please enter the details of the person the gift is for.
We use PayPal to process your credit/debit card information securely. For most countries you can go through our checkout process without having a PayPal account.

During the checkout process you will be transferred to PayPal to complete your order process. On PayPal's website you can choose whether to log into an existing account, or to just provide your payment details. PayPal gives you the option to also set up a new PayPal account as part of the checkout process, but this is not manditory.
Once you have entered your payment details or logged in you can choose to edit the delivery address for your order, which you should do if your order is a gift or you wish to have the order delivered to an address other than that where your payment card is registered.
