The duo’s new album will be released this month by Hands In The Dark

The London based duo Tomaga release their new album Shape Of The Dance on 19 September. A live studio recording, it features the duo of Valentina Magaletti and Tom Relleen improvising on vibraphone, bass, organ and oscillators in collaboration with Rick Tomlinson and Florence based radical improv quintet Blutwurst.

Tomaga released their debut album Futura Grotesk in 2014, also on Hands In The Dark. The following year, they made the cassette tape Familiar Obstacle, jointly released by Hands In The Dark and Blank Editions. They've lined up live shows at London Dingwalls (20 September), Eupen Meakusma Festival (23), Liverpool Festival of Psychedelia (24) and London Cafe Oto (16 December).

Shape Of The Dance is released on LP and CD and is also available as a download.
