All prices shown include postage costs determined by the delivery address country.
Orders are normally dispatched within seven days of receipt. In the UK and Northern Ireland we use Second Class mail. For countries outside the UK we use Priority Airmail for all items except for subscription copies which in some countries are posted via Periodical Mail.
Subscriptions will begin wherever possible with the first issue as indicated on your order form.
For each subscription the first £15 paid each year is a non-refundable subscription administration fee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the subscription. We will refund you the cost of the issues not yet despatched to you at the time we receive your cancellation, less the annual £15 administration fee. To cancel, please notify us in writing by email, fax or post - see contact details below.
Most available items will be dispatched within seven days of placing your order. We will let you know immediately if there are problems obtaining your goods. You won't be billed for unobtainable goods.
We use 128-bit SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and credit/debit card information secure. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Paypal is our secure payment processing partner. Their track record for secure web payments is impeccable.

Sending the order
When paying online, you'll receive an email confirmation with the details of your order and a copy of our terms and conditions. If there is a problem with your order (with availability or card difficulty etc.) we will let you know as soon as possible and try to find a solution.
Changing your order
We can only cancel your order if we receive your request before the order has been dispatched. If you do decide to cancel your order, please inform us immediately as orders are processed with haste. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. Cancellation requests must be sent by email, fax or post to our address below, quoting your full name and address and Order Number.
Refunds or exchanges
Please report all faulty items and we will send you return instructions. This is subject to you notifying us within five working days of receiving the goods and giving a description of the damage / defect. In case of any queries or problems please contact us as soon as possible. It may be that your order has already been despatched so we are unable to stop it. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order unless we are waiting for a product that is out of stock.
You must keep secret any personal identification numbers or other security codes that we give you for access to The Wire's shop system, and comply with all reasonable instructions that The Wire issues in relation to keeping such personal details safe. You should also make sure that any internet payment transaction you make is done in a secure environment. In other words, don't let anybody peek over your shoulder...!
