The Hunter Gracchus is a collective of improvisors operating out of Sheffield in the UK.

This track was recorded in Furniture Makers, one of the former cutlery workshops of Little Sheffield that are clustered around a large central courtyard, in full view of the large chimney and flues formerly venting the hearths inside the ground floor workshops. It is taken from the spring evening session that produced the forthcoming Chocolate Monk album, The Bolsheviks Shat In My Brain, and was produced in the midst of a period of collective reading of every account the group could find of the Anarchists role and response to the February and October revolutions.
