Artist statement:

Northampton, Massachusetts based musician and installation artist Jake Messina Meginsky builds his own customized instruments, speakers and electronic circuitry, combining them with percussion, modular drum machines and samplers. Jake has studied with Milford Graves for over a decade, and has long standing collaborations with Vic Rawlings, Nmperign, and Bill Nace. His new record of solo electronic music, L'appel Du Vide is available on Nace’s label, Open Mouth Records.
