２８１４ is a collaborative project by the artists t e l e p a t h テレパシー能力者 and Hong Kong Express. “アルカディア” is a preview from the project’s forthcoming third album which is set to be released in 2015.

２８１４ say:

“In love with her from the first and this mirage is our reality. Our bodies connecting through this humid haze, together in this claustrophobia, we breathe life into each other. Eyes meet eternal through the purple neon spirals. A fluttering vision evaporates into the wet atmosphere and I miss her again. My cascading heart clatters to the floor like the coins of a gambling machine in this back alley slots bar.
But she lifts me up into our dream and saves me always.”
