Consisting of Christiaan Virant and Zhang Jian, the Beijing/Hong Kong music duo FM3 are known for making the ambient loop generator, the Buddha Machine in 2005.

Ting Shuo is the duo's first full length album in 10 years. Talking about the release, they say:
