“The meeting of Polish-English quartet Shepherds Of Cats and the Japanese pianist and vocalist Ayako Ogawa had a very intimate character” says visual artist Maciej Piatek aka Vj Pietrushka. “Locked in a small room arranged to be a recording studio, with a borrowed grand piano squeezed in, among the maze of cables, microphones and stands, they didn't speak much surrendering themselves to their intuitions. Long recording sessions that ran day after day led them to some unusual interpersonal and multicultural rendezvous. ”
