Berlin based producer Felicia Chen aka Dis Fig's live performances flesh out the sonics of her debut LP PURGE (PTP) into a personal exorcism. She places her own vocals at the forefront. Tinted by fever dream atmospherics, they morph between distorted wails and polyphonic reverie. More recently, Chen linked up with The Bug to create In Blue. Released via Hyperdub Records, the album featured intimate vocals and the lyricism to match.
