OPLA is the duo of Huber Zemler and Piotr Bukowski. In their music they reinterpret traditional Polish dances, such as the "oberek". On GTI, their album for Pointless Geometry, you can hear oberek phrases and tripartite metros embellished with electronic sounds. They create a plastic, surreal world rooted in deep traditions of folk music.
