Comprised of experimental sound artist Allen Moore, cellist/guitarist/composer Ishmael Ali, and drummer Bill Harris, Chicago improvising trio Hearsay cultivates a distinct aesthetic that traverses dimensions, gradually morphing rhythmic tapestries, and electrifying improvised soundscapes, bouncing off free jazz and textural noise music to land on a kind of wild and bounding avant-groove.

Their most recent recording, Glossolalia, was by released Chicago's Amalgam in September 2023.
