Previously known as phrog, Lausanne based Francisco Meirino explores the tension between programmable material and the potential for its failure: gear failures, the death of PA systems, magnetic fields and electrostatic noises. His gear includes a Eurorack modular synthesizer, reel-to-reel tape recorders, magnetic fields detectors, piezo transducers, field recorders and various homemade electronics.
