Thiago Miazzo is São Paulo’s experimental musician who works on a variety of projects. In the EP’s Boxers and How Could An Angel Break My Heart and Heavy Metal Maniac (both 2014) drone music and field recordings are used as tools to sustain “a subterranean feel and become keys to the unveiling of his explorations,” according to Novas Frequências. “Miazzo’s sound comes to its culminating point with Volume 2, a collection of 17 untitled tracks that mix, in this boiling pan of noise, influences from techno and Indian raga.”
