Marginal Men is a duo consisting of Pedro Fontes and Gustavo Elsas. Novas Frequências say the duo are “two cultural producers and constant presences in the fomentation of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo bass music nightclubbing. The duo is half of the Wobble crew, a party responsible for bringing names like Scratcha DVA, DJ Spinn, Plastician, Hatcha, Swindle, Pearson Sound, Untold and Machinedrum, developing audiences and context for bass music and (new) funk carioca (aka baile funk) in Rio. After gaining recognition for a couple of remixes of famous funk artists such as MC Bin Laden and MC Brinquedo, and by their great live sets, they release a previously unreleased track for Below The Radar.”
