Maryana Klochko is a music producer, vocalist and film composer born in Western Ukraine and based in Kyiv. She holds an MA in interior design from Lviv Academy of Arts, Ukraine. An art education strongly influenced her perception of music. Her work focuses on experimental, pop, club, post-apocalyptic folk and ambient music. Her lyrics and vocal parts often work with the unconscious, as she seeks a balance between the real and the fictional. She perceives music as storytelling, finding many visual images in the compositions that come to life through sound.
