From The Overwhelming Indifference Of Nature

Márton Bertók is a Budapest based electronic instrument builder and musician, exploring the realm between organic and synthetic sounds. His primary instrument is a modified Buchla Music Easel, one of the first modular systems created for live performance. In addition to his solo work under the name Triglav, he is an active collaborator in Budapest’s improvised music scene. In 2022, he started Triglav Modular, a project focused on designing and crafting electronic devices inspired by the US West Coast instruments of the 1970s.
