12z are a Budapest based collective established by the two Hungarian improvising musicians Bálint Szabó and Márton Kristóf, whose body of work so far includes film scores, studio recordings and an ever growing archive of weekly studio jams. They’ve just released their first entirely electronic recording on Nicolas Jaar’s Other People label, which will also be releasing their first vinyl set Trembling Air in January 2016.
