The artist formerly known as Kate Wax on tracks released by Trevor Jackson’s Output and James Holden’s Border Community labels is now going out as Aïsha Devi on her own Danse Noire label, which is “dedicated to exploring abstracted techno/club structures” in music that explores her Tibetan and Nepalese heritage. She released Aura 4 Everyone in 2013, and followed it a year later with her Hakken Dub/Throat Dub 12", from which this track is taken.
