Roland Etzin is a co-founder of Gruenrekorder as well as the Society for the Advancement of Phonography and Experimental Music. His current release TransMongolian is a composition constructed from unprocessed field recordings collected between Russia and Japan and composed in soundscapes which were first presented in an exhibition that took place in Seoul, South Korea.
