Italian multi-instrumentalist and composer Riccardo Dillon Wanke works with electronics, guitars and keyboards. Having started from pure radical improvisation, he has since been drawn to the investigation of static music, collaborating with Giuseppe Ielasi, Rafael Toral and David Maranha among others. He participates in a trio with Maranha and Manuel Mota named Dru, and collaborates with the cellist Francesco Dillon in the duo project Amuleto. He has recorded for labels such as Sedimental, Die Schachtel, Headlights and three:four and is a member of the Centre of Aesthetic and Sociological Musical Studies in Lisbon.
