From The Lives Of Hamilton Fish
Sculptor, songwriter and performer Rachel Mason’s The Lives Of Hamilton Fish is both an album and a feature film based on a curious true coincidence – two men, both named Hamilton Fish, were pronounced dead on the front page of a newspaper in 1936. One of them was a serial killer, the other a statesman. Originally from Los Angeles and now based in New York, Mason is an artist whose work has been internationally exhibited at various film festivals and museums. Mason has recorded 12 albums to date, and has also worked with artists including Josephine Foster, Prince Rama, Diane Cluck, Sharon Von Etten and Excepter.
