German multi-instrumentalist Roger Döring was born in West Berlin in 1961. Since 1980, he has been a musician and actor working in film and theatre. He is a member of German groups Dictaphone, Orchestra Obscure and Moser/Meyer/Döring. “Hof” is taken from Komplex, a collaboration with Polish/Danish/Icelandic experimental artist Konrad Korabiewski, whose own music is sombre and intense, demonstrating a precise attention to musical space.
