Two years ago Giorgio Moroser departed his native Norway for New York after his black metal band broke up. In NYC he began making tracks that also combined his passions for hiphop, R&B,1970s horror films and UK garage. The finished master tapes were then taken and buried at a secret location for 23 days, along with a vial of Moroser’s blood and his three favourite records. The music, he believed, would absorb these elements along with the soil’s earthly qualities.
