Galerie Stratique is Quebec based musician and composer Charles-Émile Beullac, whose Rêves De Beton Conseil Québécois De La Musique nominated best electroacoustic album of 2015–16. Stainless Sorrows deploys similar source materials – gong, vibraphone, found sounds and analogue synthesis – to create fragments that are at once familiar and elusive in their evocations of mood and place.
