Legendary Italian minimalist Lino Capra Vaccina is the founder member of the early 1970s avant garde ensembles Aktuala and Telaio Magnetico, and he was also a key member of Franco Battiato’s band. Of late, interest in his music has been revitalised by key releases from labels such as Die Schachtel (Frammenti Da Antico Adagio, 2014) and Dark Companion, who last year followed his 2015 set of new music called Arcaico Armonico with Metafisiche Del Suono, of which this track is an excerpt.
