From Poznań, Polish multi-instrumentalist composer/producer Wacław Zimpel’s second album Massive Oscillations is the result of a nine day residency at the Willem Twee studio in Den Bosch, Netherlands. It variously deploys bass clarinet, alto clarinet, electronics, prepared upright piano and “Yuri Landman guitar object”. It follows his debut solo album Lines and collaborative releases with Saagara and Kuba Ziołek. Future collaborations with Shackleton and Rabih Beaini are also in the pipeline.
