Intermedia artist Max Eilbacher’s sound practice draws upon traditions of electroacoustic music, musique concrète and American avant garde sound performance. Out of these traditions, he creates conceptual and intuitive systems in which synthesis and processing-intensive software environments are constructs of compositional and sculptural form.
