Cologne composer, trumpeter and sound artist Udo Moll performs live using modular synthesizers; his collaborators include video artists, actors and dancers. He has completed several composition residencies including Villa Aurora in Los Angeles and Villa Kamogawa in Kyoto and has created radiophonic sound art pieces for Deutschlandfunk, ORF Kunstradio and SWR in Germany. This track is taken from selected radio recordings which tell the story of ENIAC, the world’s first fully electronic, vacuum-tube based universal computing machine and the women who created it.
