Swedish born, London based composer Tomas Nordmark’s instrumental album Exit Ghosts fuses his appreciation of conceptual art and the pulse and phasing of 1960s New York minimalism with his roots in more pop-oriented and electronic music. With its nods to Tim Hecker, Arthur Russell and Jóhann Jóhannsson, Exit Ghosts draws upon film scoring in its use of cues to craft emotional landscapes.
