Raining Spiderlings are the duo of Nikolai Galen (texts and voice) and Sarmen Almond (production), who have several parallel projects together. Recorded in their respective bases of Istanbul and Mexico City during the pandemic, Superstition features 14 texts performed by Galen and worked by Almond into finished pieces via sound manipulations and musical additions. Dense with mystery, contradictions and enfolded meaning, the texts invite imaginative interpretation.
