Starting off life as a trio of garage rock enthusiasts, Stockhausen & The Amplified Riot evolved into the solo project of Houston, Texas resident Paul Chavez, with a style shift towards post-punk and krautrock. Originally featured on the cassette release of the Era Of The Inauthentic EP, Xiu Xiu’s remix of the album track “Intubation Blues” adds an extra kosmische twist.
