Illinois born, Philadelphia based narrative noise artist Jason Crumer has been active since the late 1990s in Aluminum Noise, facedowninshit, Reverse Baptism, Buck Young, and more. Past collaborators include Roxann Spikula, Joseph Hammer, Aaron Dilloway and Zoe Burke. Since 2002 he has been working under his own name. Thin Ice closes a trilogy concluding a ten album, 20 year eponymous era.
