Producer José Guerrero aka Telomante lives in Valencia, Spain, where he runs the label Mascarpone Discos alongside other projects including Sentuhlà on Abstrakce Records, and Rastrejo on his own imprint. In contrast to the machine-funk rhythms of those aliases, Codantera nods to the contemplative German electronic music of the 1970s, strolling through soundscapes that leave ample space for improvisation.
