Alex Keller’s work has focused on electromagnetic induction as a sound source since 2012. Spurred by his fascination with the invisible forces that surround us, he has created transducers that interact with the electromagnetic spectrum and emphasise physical gestures. His performance work builds tension from the use of inherently unstable technology, including circuit bent devices, salvaged machinery and oscillators made from magnets glued to giant fans.
