Now living in the Netherlands, Ajay Saggar aka Bhajan Bhoy cut his teeth in Lancashire’s underground rock scene in the 1980s, becoming an avid fan of Steve Barker’s radio show On The Wire, then broadcast on BBC Radio Lancashire. He recorded Bhoy On The Wire as a 40th birthday gift to the show last year, its six tracks of twinkling kosmische and unfurling drone each namechecking a Lancashire location.
