Captain Beefheart's drummer Drumbo is appearing at Rough Trade East in London this week, in conversation with Malcolm Mills. French will also sign copies of his 900-page tome on Van Vliet and The Magic Band, Beefheart: Through The Eyes Of Magic, published in paperback for the first time.
