Matthew Herbert talked to The Wire's Jennifer Lucy Allan at the 14th edition of Mutek in Montreal, about the complex moral issues raised by his recent work the End Of Silence, made from a ten second audio sample of a bomb being dropped in Libya, plus his changing relationship with his One Pig project.
