Interdisciplinary artist, digipoet and musician Yatta uses incantations born of loop pedal drones, channelled screams, and improvised poetry to explore connections between psychosis, prayer and presence. Released this summer by PTP, Yatta’s WAHALA was developed in conjunction with An Episode: Ricky's Room, a theatrical production commissioned by New York Citys The Shed. Yatta has shared the stage with the likes of Cardi B, William Basinski and The Sun Ra Arkestra.
