FOQL is the alias of Polish experimental electronic musician and sound artist Justyna Banaszczyk – author of radio dramas, film scores, theatre music and video game soundtracks. Inspired by IDM and industrial, her music features complex rhythms and often harsh sounds. She occasionally creates sound collages and mixtapes under the moniker Głupiec (translating as Fool). Banaszczyk co-runs the Pointless Geometry label and is co-founder of Radio Kapitał, the first community radio in Poland. She is also former member of Oramics collective. Her upcoming release Wehikuł is released by MAL.
