Farida Amadou is a self taught bass player based in Liège, Belgium. She has performed with many musicians all over Europe including Linda Sharrock, Mario Rechtern, Balasz Pandi, and others. In 2018 she joined the punk noise band Cocaine Piss, but has also continued to work solo.

London based improvising jazz drummer Steve Noble has worked with Bow Gamelan Ensemble, Elkan Ogunde, Derek Bailey, and others. He currently performs with John Edwards and Alexander Hawkins in the group DECOY.

Amadou and Noble formed their duo in 2018.
