Credit 00 is the German DJ Alexander Dorn, who in 2000 moved to Dresden to study fine arts. He soon made a name for himself as a DJ, eventually launching reputedly the city’s only electro club night Robo Dance, featuring guests like DMX Krew, Luke Eargoogle or Imatran Voima. Dorn says his own music is inspired by “cannibal movies, number theory and birds”. He released his first tracks through Uncanny Valley before launching and curating the sublabel Rat Life in 2013.
