George Pritzker is a performer, composer and improvisor from Southern California. He has performed in ensembles under the direction of Anthony Braxton and Wadada Leo Smith, as well as groups dedicated to the performance of traditional Chinese, Balinese and West African music. He has also recorded in groups Japandi, Bro Zen and Weatherbox, and as a solo artist. His compositions have appeared in short films and installations, including the animation One Sided Love, and he has also co-directed the performance-installation, March Madness 2K11: A Multimedia Basketball Experience.
