Macaw is Wilson Kemp, a printmaker, art teacher and musician living in Washington DC. His debut LP Celadon was released in May 2011 on Sockets Records, (a track from which was featured on The Wire Tapper 24), and he also plays drums in the group Hume. In the coming year, Hume are moving to the country with a 24 track reel to reel to improvise an album and tour. Kemp plans to release a series of limited edition prints and cassettes while on the road.
