Padna is Nat Hawks, a 38 year old middle school English teacher living in Brooklyn. Recording at home in his spare time, he has been releasing music since 2001 on labels like Preservation, Stunned, Peasant Magik, Tape Drift and Abandoned Ship. This spring he will release his new album Alku Toinen on Aagoo/Rev Lab, along with tapes on Orange Milk and Big Ear.
