Zulus were started as an attempt at a pop band by people who proved to be clearly unable to write pop songs. Zulus are Aleksander Prechtl, Daniel Martens, Jeremy Scott and Julian Bennett-Holmes who all come from a background in music dominated by punk and hardcore.
