Moa Pillar is the elusive Moscow producer Fedor Pereverzev, whose self-described “spiritual club music” is inspired by authentic folk, ambient, minimalism and forward-thinking electronics. Pereverzev creates his carefully sculpted panoramic tracks on the outer edge of dance. His 2015 album Humanity marked a real breakthrough in the currently blooming Russian scene. He’s now working on its follow-up set Hymns (due out on Full Of Nothing), and his forthcoming collaboration with Helm at two future Unsound festivals.
