Specialising in experimental and improvised music, the Cork based Quiet Music Ensemble have commissioned works from Pauline Oliveros, David Toop and JenniferWalshe, among others. They have performed throughout Ireland, at Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival, London’s Deep Minimalism, Berlin’s DAAD Galerie, Poznan Music Spring in Poland, plus concert broadcasts in Europe, Japan and the USA, alongside severalworld premieres on Irish national radio. Farpoint Recordings released their album The Mystery Beyond Matter in 2015.
