San Francisco based sound artist, composer and film maker Sam Genovese works across recordings, film, opera, installations and live improvisation. Blurring boundaries between song, sound sculpture and phantom score, his work incorporates electronic and computer music and contemporary composition alongside cinematic techniques and imagined narratives. While his epic 2021 album SKYMYTH was ritualistic in scope, his new release STUBBORNDEATHSTUBBORNSTEEL uses voice and piano on a more intimate scale.
